Because we want your new system to function exactly as needed, a meeting is set up to define your system operation and discuss your precise needs and desires.  We take into consideration your internal requirements, processes, and procedures so we can ensure optimal hardware configuration and programming of your software.  We also encourage your key staff members to attend this meeting to ensure effective planning, execution, and acceptance of your system. 
  
         
 
If needed, we'll meet with your architect, builder, and building department in order to plan a design in accordance with all customer guidelines, building codes, and potential external factors.

As the project progresses, we will be on the lookout for helpful suggestions to improve upon the original plans and make necessary changes.  After the project, we assist with future expansion or changes to keep your investment and the system working properly.
