| 24 ~ Hour Monitoring |
We're Here Even When You're Not !
FM Systems has 24-hour alarm monitoring service provided by our U.L. listed monitoring station. We dispatch police, fire, and emergency services immediately upon an alarm, as well as notify you and your designated contacts. And remember, most insurance companies require monitoring service to fully qualify for any discounts.
Using our 24-hour monitoring service, your system is also on the lookout for power failure, low battery, phone line trouble and other critical conditions. In addition, many systems can automatically send test signals or track personnel arming or disarming your alarm system.
Our 24-hour monitoring service works like this :
If any alarm is triggered on your secured property -
- The central monitoring station is immediately notified and calls you.
- If a false alarm occurs, (i.e., accidental, animal, etc.) you simply provide the monitoring station with a specific password and the alarm is cleared.
- If you do not answer your phone, the wrong password is given, the line is busy or there is any reason for the monitoring station to be suspicious, the proper authorities are dispatched and sent to your property to assess the situation.
- Friends and/or family will also be notified (dependant on a list of names provided by you) to alert them of a possible situation.
